Weleda Skin Food Cream is world famous. Apart from being natural and multi-purpose, it is also cheap, and many Hollywood stars convince us of its effectiveness. My skin is currently perfectly receptive to this cream because my skin is otherwise dry, and now after the summer and from too much exfoliation (which I will, I love acids) it is especially dehydrated. I didn’t want to use it during the summer precisely because of its overweight texture. I did not opt for the original texture of the cream, but for the light version because even it seemed thick and too thick for my facial skin.
The manufacturer states that it provides instant relief to dry and dehydrated skin that needs intensive care and that it is very easily absorbed. Skin Food Light cream contains various herbal ingredients to soften, strengthen, smooth and restore the skin barrier.
In addition to facial skin, it can be applied to other parts of the body and used as a mask. It is often used for the care of hands, elbows and feet, and all those who after a while find that it is too greasy for their face can use it precisely for the care of these dry parts of the body. I even came across a recommendation on the internet to apply it to the ends of my hair.
Contains sunflower seed oil, glycerin, beeswax, cocoa and shea butter, pansy extract, rosemary, chamomile and calendula. It contains alcohol, lanolin and lactic acid.
The packaging of the cream states that it is a completely natural cosmetic with valuable bio-ingredients.

This is a cream for dry and very dry skin, it has a wonderful fresh citrus scent and is affordable. I would recommend it for dry and dehydrated skin care. It works great as an example because the make-up applied to the cream does not “crumble”, since the cream absorbs really quickly, and gives a discreet and natural glow to the overall look of the skin.
Dehydration is a condition, not a skin type, and the oily type can also be dehydrated (often due to the use of over-aggressive products). Dry skin lacks oil and / or sebum, and dehydrated water, ie moisture. If your skin is dehydrated, this cream will not help it much, but it will superficially lubricate it because such skin needs hyaluronic acid and NMF creams.
However, if your skin is very dry, this is the cream for you. The thick, easily absorbing texture, and herbal and refreshing scent will nourish, nurture and protect it well, especially in the coming winter months. The packaging is practical so you can carry it in your purse and use it every time you feel dry skin. I have to admit that it proved to be the best for my hand skin care because, given the frequent washing, it protected it from drying out.
