Too Faced is a brand founded in 1988 in California by two former employees of the cosmetics giant Estée Lauder, wanting to make products away from the “serious” cosmetics industry. Their idea is that Too Faced products should be fun because makeup affects mood improvement, and helps women express their femininity.

Their ultra-popular mascara BETTER THAN SEX got a successor in the DAMN GIRL mascara! intended to increase eyelash volume. It contains a creamy foamy formula and a combination of waxes that almost instantly give the lashes more volume, creating a layer that doesn’t make them hard. Polymers curl and lengthen lashes, ensuring 24-hour durability. The hydrophilic black color gives intense black lashes.

DAMN GIRL! the mascara has a thick brush and is therefore not suitable for precise application and is simply too big for my lashes, which are of average length. I was not able to coat the inner, short lashes with it. It leaves a thick layer on the lashes and lengthens them. I have to mention that the manufacturer states that one pull-out and one coat are enough, and when I tried two coats, my lashes were quite glued and lumps formed on them. So, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations, they know what they are talking about.

Since I like a more natural lash look and minimal make-up, this mascara was not a good choice for me. However, if you like the look of eye-catching, make-up eyes and accentuated make-up, and if you have longer lashes, this mascara is a good choice.

When applied, it is durable for 24 hours and will not leave marks on the eyelids. Like most mascaras, it contains silicones, waxes and various colors, and from the nourishing ingredients, vitamin E and panthenol.
