Farsali Rose Gold Elixir – oil with gold particles

I decided to buy Farsali Rose Gold Elixir abroad at the French Sephora point of sale, motivated by constant Instagram bombardment and listing the elixir as a secret weapon and a must have product of every beauty blogger and lover who keeps to himself. It is one of the pioneers of hybrid beauty products – skin care and make-up in one – which is slowly growing into a cult product.
The elixir has a light oily texture, contains 24-carat gold leaves, rosehip seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, vitamin E, lemongrass oil and orange peel oil. Rosehip seed oil, which contains 77% fatty acids and a high content of linolenic acid (omega-3 fatty acids) and vitamins C and A (retinol), hydrates and replenishes the skin and prevents the appearance of wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.
The oil is multi-purpose, but its main action is skin hydration and radiance.
In three months, I tried all the ways I know how to use it.
For day and / or evening care, a small amount of oil (1-3 drops) is enough, which you gently heat between your fingers and dab on clean skin of the face and neck. It absorbs extremely well, but keep in mind that my skin is quite dry at the moment and therefore absorbs well. I believe it should take a much smaller amount during the summer. I apply it once or twice a week in the evening and my skin is soft and nourished in the morning.
You can use it to hydrate your lips before applying lipstick, which is especially useful if the lipstick has a matte texture and will prevent the lips from drying out. Be sure to let Farsali oil absorb well because only then will it fix the lipstick and it will not come off easily from the lips and leave marks on the glasses.
If you love the natural look of lips like me and you just need them to be minimally shiny and hydrated, this is a great choice! I use it regularly in this cold and windy period as it protects and hydrates. I apply a drop of oil to my mouth and tap it with my fingers.
You can also use it daily as an example, to soften the texture of liquid powders and add shine and preserve hydration. Mix your favorite liquid powder and a few drops of oil and you will get a richer and oilier texture, especially if your skin is dry or if the liquid foundation has a matte texture. Minor imperfections will be covered with powder, and from Farsali elixir the skin will be hydrated with extra shine. The overall impression is wow!
You can bring cream, concealer, highlighter back to life by putting a few drops of oil in the packaging.
Farsali oil is best applied with a beauty sponge or brush. You can also apply it on your face after make-up if you feel that your skin is dry or tightening or you just want extra shine on your cheeks. Then drip a few drops of oil on the beauty sponge and gently press on the part of the face to which you want to add shine.
Your skin will look healthy and shiny, and you need a small amount, so it lasts a relatively long time, I have 3 months, and I still have half a bottle of it. As the only minus I would point out the smell.
